זאת הערכה לעורך של הסרט IRON BEAM – The Pizza Index, סרט קונספט אנונימי של כ-2 דקות. יש פה את כל חומר הגלם שצולם עד עכשיו (כולל טייקים חלופיים ושנדחו, עם הסיבה), הקאט הנוכחי עם EDL לייבוא לתוכנת העריכה, ערכת הסאונד, הגרפיקה, והרעיון המקורי של כל סצנה. הכול פתוח לשינוי מבחינת עריכה, קצב וסאונד, חוץ מהכללים הנעולים למטה.
This is the editor kit for IRON BEAM – The Pizza Index, an anonymous ~2-minute concept film. It holds every rush shot so far (including alternatives and rejected takes, with the reason), the current cut with an EDL for your NLE, the sound kit, the graphics, and the original idea for each scene. Editing, rhythm and sound are all open, apart from the locked rules below.

מה רועי ביקש מהעריכהWhat Roy asked of the edit
- תחושה של זמן שעובר, לילה ארוך, והמטרות שמתקרבות. המכ"ם הוא השעון של הסרט.A sense of time passing, a long night, the targets closing in. The radar is the film's clock.
- קצב של סרט אמיתי: B-roll, קאטים על הקצב, נשימות ושקט בין שורות (לא קאט מיידי לתשובה).Real film rhythm: B-roll, cuts on the beat, pauses and silence between lines (no instant cut to the reply).
- הרבה יותר עיצוב סאונד. מוזיקה שלא "נלחמת" בקאטים: ה-beat הקודם הרגיש מוזר.Much more sound design. Music must not fight the cuts: the earlier beat felt weird.
- לערבב את הטיים-לאפס בין השוטים לאורך הלילה, לא בבלוק אחד.Intercut the time-lapse through the night, not as one block.
- להמשכיות אפשר לבקש הרחבה (extension) של שוט קדימה או אחורה. בשאר המקרים, קאט עריכתי ו-B-roll.Where a moment must not cut, a shot can be extended forward or backward; otherwise cut editorially and use B-roll.
עקרונות הבימויDirecting principles
- פעולות פיזיות ישירות, לא מילים של רגש: בכל שוט מוגדרים 2–3 דברים שהשחקן עושה (עיניים, ידיים, נשימה) ומתי.Direct physical actions, not emotion words: every shot names 2–3 things the actor does (eyes, hands, breath) and when.
- תת-טקסט במקום טקסט: אף אחד לא אומר מה הוא מרגיש. המשפטים קצרים; המשמעות עוברת דרך השתיקות.Subtext over text: nobody says what they feel. Lines are short; the pauses carry the meaning.
- הרדאר הוא השעון של הסרט: בכל חזרה אליו המטרות קרובות יותר. בפינאלה השעון רץ אחורה (המטרות נעלמות).The radar is the film's clock: every time we return to it, the contacts are closer. In the finale the clock runs backwards (contacts vanish).
- הקהל יודע לפני הדמויות: בפינאלה הצופה מחבר שטר ← צליל לייזר ← נקודה נעלמת, לפני חדר המלחמה.The audience knows before the characters: in the finale the viewer links bill → laser sound → dot gone before the war room does.
- כלל השלוש: שתי תעלומות, ואז החשיפה. אחרי החשיפה מאיצים ויוצאים.Rule of three: two mysteries, then the reveal. After the reveal, accelerate and get out.
- הסאונד מתוכנן על הנייר: לכל קאט יש החלטת סאונד (J-cut, L-cut, slam, drop-out).Sound is designed on paper: every cut has a sound decision (J-cut, L-cut, slam, drop-out).
- קרניים בלבד, בלי פגיעות. נטרול מוצג אך ורק כנקודה שעוזבת את הרדאר.Beams only, never hits. Neutralisation is only ever shown as a dot leaving the radar.
